New Year Update

Happy New Year Everyone!
The service schedules are out for you to view on the Serve Crossroads-Kids blog, http://servecrossroads-kids.blogspt.com. Tomorrow stop by and see Hollie or I to get a paper copy of one. Starting out the new year we have several new team members, YEAY!!! This has allowed us to start a great new rotation in the Pre-School. We have 3 teams that will each serve a month and then take 2 months off. WOW!!!!! That will make it easier to catch an entire series in the main sanctuary. I am really excited about this rotation. We also have 3 new team members in the nursery too. YEAY!!! Welcome aboard Cholly Proffitt, Julie Nipper, and Tracie Waggerman (Sorry Tracie I misspelled your name on the schedule..oops). Hopefully soon we can move to a similar rotation in the nursery like the pre-school has.
We are looking hard for a dedicated set-up team in the children's annex. I would love for God to provide for us a dedicated volunteer team that would come in and get everything set up to give our teachers a bit of a break. Be on the look out for people you know that could serve in this capacity. Let Hollie or I know if you have an idea!
Look for quite a bit going on in the first few months of 2010. Hollie and I are noticing the calendar is getting more and more full and are excited to see all that God will do.
Hollie and I are so blessed to be serving alongside each of you. We think about you, talk about you, and pray for each of you daily. I KNOW that with God all things are possible and He is sure demonstrating His awesome power and providence by assembling such an amazing children's team. Unparalleled by any standards. You guys really do rock and I am so looking forward to seeing you soon.
